Founded in 2024 by students of Kathmandu University, Ecokanduk Venture transforms natural fibers into eco-friendly products that blend Nepali tradition with modern innovation. Using banana fibers from the Terai, hemp from the hills, Himalayan nettle from the mountains, and hand-loomed cotton, wool, and jute, we turn agricultural waste into meaningful, sustainable creations. Crafted by Nepali artisans, many from marginalized communities and women, our products empower local communities while contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9, 11, and 12. As a high-quality alternative to synthetic materials, our creations help reduce carbon footprints, protect the planet, and pave the way toward a greener, sustainable future.
Curated, plastic-free essentials for your home and body - ethically sourced, sustainably made and designed for everyday change.
